Do you want to offer a data science class at your school? We can provide you with our high-class, tested curriculum.

Learn With Numbers (LWN) is a series of courses designed to help students build critical thinking and analytical storytelling skills through hands-on data projects.

LWN combines academic rigor with real-world relevance, making it accessible, engaging, and impactful for students at all levels.

Each course runs for 4 weeks and costs $400. The price includes all course materials and an hour of weekly instruction in small groups of maximum 5 students. Students start with the first course and can progress through the program at their own pace.

Space is limited, and enrollment is open for upcoming cohorts.

Our Courses:

Foundations

  • Turn messy numbers into clean tables, charts, and evidence-based claims.

  • Run experiments, crunch results with simple models, and share findings with posters and reports.

  • Turn your data into interactive dashboards and compelling visuals using free tools like Sheets, Looker, and Tableau.

Research

  • Use R and Python as your toolkit to clean, analyze, and visualize data while building hands-on projects.

  • Up your modeling game with GLMs, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.

  • Dive deeper into the mathematics behind the models and understand their limitations.

What Our Curriculum Is Like

While our curriculum covers the foundations of AI and Machine Learning, we believe that project-based learning is the most successful path to mastering data science. Thus, our classes are split evenly between instructor-led lectures and hands-on student work. To reinforce learning, students receive weekly concept summaries and homework assignments, and are often expected to investigate questions to prepare for the next class.

We also include teacher guidance and classroom protocols to help with implementation.
